We are looking for a Liquidity Transactions Specialist to join our Private Markets Client Solutions team and help write the next chapter with us.

Based out of our South Jordan, Utah office this individual is responsible for providing world-class client service, deal management, product solutions, and operational support on private market liquidity transactions. This role will be critical in driving client success centric solutions for our private companies. You will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with sales, technology, and product teams to build the best possible software enabled client experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct operational support to our Liquidity Transaction busine

• Provide world-class customer service, solutions and support to senior-level decision makers at our client companie

• Serve as a project manager overseeing client driven requirements to support liquidity transaction

• Oversee complete deal execution process for liquidity event

• Create and improve operational processes and documentation for managing complex transaction processe

• Engage with external brokers and private company issuers on a regular basis to achieve optimal client outcomes and secure successful deal execution

• Work with Product and Development teams to enhance the product offering and create scale by working to improve automation of processe

• Proactively identify potential issues and work with team members and other internal stakeholders to find solution

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required. Internship experience within financial services, banking, capital markets strongly desired

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service

• Project management skill

• Ability to work through ambiguity and drive clarity of direction for your team and stakeholder

• Ability to read and interpret a variety of documentation, including legal documentation, equity plan documents, governmental regulations, and technical instructions. Legal degree not required

• Strong analytical background, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skill

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment which includes ongoing learning and training opportunitie

• Previous experience supporting software products is a plu

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) program completion is an asset, but not required
