An Insider's view of Current

How does your team reward individual success?

The Engineering team actively and immediately shares our individual successes across our slack channels, telling everyone what we did and the impact we had via data. I find it refreshing and really cool that we are able to measure the success of our initiatives with data that is accessible to everyone.

What projects are you most excited about?

My team and I work to ensure that critical components of our existing infrastructure are well-tested, reliable, and scalable. But on top of that, we get the fun job of building out new infrastructure.
