As an IT Administrator, you will work with the head of Bullhorn's internal IT Group to provide world class desktop and application support to 1,400+ users. You will troubleshoot multiple computer platforms (Windows, MacOS, and Smartphone). You will support multiple administrative and desktop related applications and users who work from home or travel.
A typical day might include:
Imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers and hardware for end users.
Administration of corporate applications focused on solution-based delivery and management.
Business process review, mapping, and solution design.
Responsible for the management and troubleshooting of cloud-based systems and platforms (Zoom, Slack, Goggle Workshop, and more).
Producing, maintaining, and validating standard operating procedures.
Assisting with the timely on/offboarding of full-time employees and contractors.
Resolving issues escalated from Tier 1 agents, requiring intermediate knowledge of systems, applications and hardware configurations.
Participating in project activities and tasks.
This role may be a fit for you if:
You have a Degree, Certifications or equivalent years of experience
You have INCREDIBLE customer service skills
Understanding of Windows and MacOS systems
Experience with our core applications - Zoom, Slack, Google Workshop, Active Directory and account building, VPNs
Experience with onboarding/offboarding employees
Bonus points...
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field of study
You have a working knowledge of basic network concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and IP telephony)
Experience troubleshooting Smartphones
OneLogin Admin experience
Patching experience
