Applynow for the position of International Payroll Specialist, and you will play acrucial role in managing shadow payroll processes for multinational companies,ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and international payrollstandards. This role requires a strong understanding of global payrollpractices, tax laws, and a meticulous attention to detail. The Shadow PayrollSpecialist collaborates with various stakeholders, including HR, finance, andexternal tax authorities, to facilitate accurate and timely shadow payrollprocessing.

Your role:• Execute end-to-end shadow payrollprocesses for expatriates and international assignees, ensuring accuratecalculation of income tax, social security, and other related deductions.• Validate payroll data, such as salaries,bonuses, allowances, and benefits, to ensure compliance with local taxregulations and company policies.• Stay abreast of changes in global taxlaws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely compliance with local taxauthorities.• Collaborate with tax advisors andconsultants to address any tax-related challenges and implement necessary adjustments.• Maintain accurate and up-to-dateemployee payroll records, including relevant tax documents and expatriateassignments details.• Work closely with HR and global mobilityteams to obtain necessary information for payroll processing.• Act as a liaison between the payrolldepartment, HR, finance, and external tax authorities to resolve payroll-relatedissues.• Communicate effectively withinternational assignees to address any queries or concerns related to shadowpayroll.• Identify opportunities for processoptimization and efficiency within the shadow payroll function.• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto implement best practices and streamline payroll procedures.• Generate and analyze shadow payrollreports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.• Prepare and submit required reports totax authorities in compliance with local regulations.

Your expertise:• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalentwork experience• 5+ Years Extensive experience in global payroll processing, with a focuson shadow payroll.• In-depth knowledge of international tax laws and regulations.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite

The pay range for this position is $82,942- $113,564 and the annual incentive target is 8% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
