The Integration Consultant  will identify, test, implement, manage, and support integration points between our EHR
software and external solutions.

Your Role:

● Manage the workflow related to the design, build and test interfaces between disparate systems and our EHR software
● Respond to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry, reviewing previous inquiries and responses, gathering and
researching information, assembling and forwarding information, verifying customer understanding of information and
answering queries
● Work with external and internal staff and teams to install and maintain the necessary points of integration, including
various formats of integration such as HL7, XML, or flat files
● Serve as a knowledgeable resource for problem solving
● Work closely with entity and enterprise contacts to verify data flowing into and out of impacted systems
● Develop interface test plans based on functional design and technical requirements documentation
● Perform interface application testing from test scripts as necessary

Skills & Requirements:

  •  Project management and successful Customer service delivery experience
  •  Typically requires 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. Industry
    knowledge of HL7 integration used in the GI specialty as well as GI procedure workflow is ideal.
    • Data manipulation, handling and mapping is required 
    • SQL, CSV files and mastery of excel
    • Knowledge of Mirth, HL7 design patterns, and best practices
  • Proficient in various business applications and tools including, but not limited to g Suite, Mirth Connect, Windows 7, 8,
    10, Microsoft Office Suite, VPN Clients and Remote access software. Windows Server 2008-2016 and SQL Server
    2008-2016
  •  Ability to read, interpret, and create technical documents such as technical specifications and procedure manuals
  •  Maintains a positive and open attitude to change with an ability to adapt to new situations
  •  Ability to quickly learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information
  •  Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or employees
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to effectively work independently and coordinate team effort
  •  Must have experience in developing and integrating business processes
  •  Knowledge of clinical workflow and operations is preferred
