Job Summary
As the Head of Demand Partner Strategy, you will be pivotal in sculpting and expanding strategic relationships with our demand-side partners, specifically the center of excellence within major agency holding companies, independent agencies, and in-house marketing teams. This role demands a leader with a robust background in advertising technology, particularly within programmatic sales and the Connected TV (CTV) streaming ecosystem. Your expertise will directly influence our negotiation strategies, educational initiatives for stakeholders, and the financial justifications of our partnerships.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of strategic relationships with the center of excellence at major agency holding companies, independent agencies, and in-house marketing teams.
- Craft and execute negotiation strategies that enhance partnership value and align with FreeWheel's offerings.
- Proactively identify opportunities for new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on programmatic sales and CTV streaming, advising internal teams, demand and publisher partners on best practices and innovative approaches.
- Design and implement educational sessions for both internal stakeholders and external clients to enhance understanding and effective use of our technology solutions.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to model the economic impact of potential and existing partnerships, advocating for decisions that maximize long-term revenue.
- Represent FreeWheel at industry events and conferences, enhancing the company's profile and staying ahead of market trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the advertising technology industry, with a strong focus on programmatic sales and CTV ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategy within complex digital advertising environments.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, capable of effectively managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience managing key client relationships and large-scale projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly preferred.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $144,780.48 - $217,170.72
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Targeted Commission: $98,795
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
