In this role, you will:

• Develop and communicate a comprehensive AI vision and strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and expand our AI team, nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Identify and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into the company's products and services, enhancing their capabilities and ensuring competitiveness.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing and future software products.
• Oversee AI research and development initiatives, staying abreast of industry trends and forging strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology providers.
• Ensure all AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, promoting transparency, fairness, and accountability.
• Lead change management efforts to facilitate the smooth adoption of AI technologies across the organization, developing training programs and resources to upskill macpawians.
• Oversee operational processes for the AI team, including hiring, performance reviews, and compliance with MacPaw policies and standards.
