<div><b>WHAT YOU’LL DO</b></div><div><br></div><div>We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team in New York. The role requires a talented designer with a passion for creating thoughtful work across a broad spectrum of disciplines including PowerPoint, typography, illustrations/graphics, photography, print & digital design.</div><div><br></div><div>The Designer should be up to date on current design trends and most importantly, a team player who takes feedback well.</div><div><br></div><div>This position provides an opportunity to work with and learn from incredibly talented individuals in the creative space. </div><p><b>THE DAY TO DAY</b><ul><li>Partner across Marketing teams to create impactful work, and across all social media outlets, in particular</li><li>Be proactive in the development of ideas, to illustrate and showcase Viant’s solutions and outreach</li><li>Layout and design graphics using photography, illustrations/graphics, typography, for social, email, web and other marketing materials.</li><li>Generate and manipulate illustrations/graphics, photography and text</li><li>Maintain a knowledge of, and stay up to date on, latest industry technology, trends and techniques</li><li>Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within digital and print design</li><li>Some video/animation experience is nice to have but not required</li></ul></p><p><b>GREAT TO HAVE</b><ul><li>1-2 years working experience</li><li>Exceptional design and content creation abilities</li><li>Strong background in designing for major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)</li><li>The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint</li></ul></p><p><div><b>LIFE AT VIANT</b></div><div><br></div><div>Investing in our employee’s professional growth is important to us, but so is investing in their well-being.
