This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

The Global Change Leadership team is part of the eCommerce, Experience & Change Leadership organization in OLAA, and drives top HPE and OLAA transformation priorities, readying customers, partners, sales and other key stakeholders to accelerate what's next for HPE. More than an MOC team, we deliver change leadership to shape and implement changes that simplify, digitize and deliver great experiences for and across HPE.

The Change Strategy & Execution Lead will focus specifically on the management of change strategy and execution for the integration of Juniper into HPE, and be pivotal in delivering a successful integration, working horizontally across the four primary integration tracks. The successful candidate will have high learning agility, strong critical thinking skills, a user experience orientation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, exacting attention to detail, a keen ability to synthesize and distil complex concepts, strong project management capabilities, high emotional intelligence and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities will include

  • change management thought leadership, defining and implementing best-in-class tactics as the integration planning and execution unfolds
  • leading E2E MOC orchestration across all integration tracks and workstreams
  • analyzing aggregated change impacts across all workstreams for patterns, opportunities and risks
  • ensuring the feasibility and effectiveness change plans across workstreams, including advising on change tactics, approach and sequencing to deliver a consistent experience for audiences
  • supporting workstream MOC execution if and where needed
  • validating and executing MOC plans and associated deliverables for high-touch audiences, including partners and sales
  • supervising the master E2E change plan that complements the master E2E integration plan and associated ongoing stakeholder management
  • supporting the stand-up and ongoing leadership of a global change network

Qualifications

  • Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, planning, change management and/or mergers and acquisitions
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects from conception to completion
  • Desirable
    • Change Management experience/certification
    • Project management qualification
    • Digital transformation experience
    • Experience leading complex change and transformation programs across enterprise sales, channel, and customers
