As a Senior Tech Lead - Full Stack, you'll lead the development of enterprise solutions, such as user profile/notification services. If you excel in leadership, problem-solving, and fast-paced environments, this role is for you

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in applications programming, ensuring alignment with architectural frameworks.
• Drive hands-on software development, including coding, code reviews, and design documentation.
• Analyze complex business and system processes to devise solutions.
• Establish application methodologies and standards for design, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams for seamless integration.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of full-stack application design and development experience.
• Proficiency in technologies like Spring, Java, NodeJS, Angular/React, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Experience leading development teams and conducting code reviews.
• Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
