Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with month end closing processes, maintain the general ledger, generate monthly journal entries and reconcile accounts.• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.• Provide financial analysis, cost accounting and reporting on results and trends of operations.• Assist with product cost development and cost savings calculations, creating budgets, forecasts and activity rates.• Develop a strong understanding of the Financial and ERP systems and the ability to data mine.• Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with team members, coworkers, production staff and management.• Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.• Review and improve daily processes and tasks to expedite and improve workflow.• Provide audit support through the generation of timely, accurate schedules and documents.• Create and maintain adequate and appropriate procedural documentation.• Assist with SOX compliance and reporting.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficient in Excel with intermediate skills in other Microsoft Office products.• Team player with a proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of self-motivation, accountability, and responsibility.• Ability to quickly understand concepts and think through possible solutions and implications.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on attention to detail balanced with a big picture focus.

Required Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university• Excellent communication & collaboration skills to interact with high-level business leaders to provide results, interpret results and drive the business performance forward.• Ability to work under pressure• Deadline driven• Strong analytical skills

For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
