Job Overview
We’re looking for a self-motivated, successful Field Marketing Manager who is eager to increase awareness and generate leads by managing and executing top-of-funnel activities. The Field Marketing Manager must place a strong emphasis and focus on pipeline goals, partnering closely with the sales and collaborating with other marketing team members to drive demand for our Human Resources Compliance (HRC) solutions. The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer with both the creativity for effective demand generation, robust digital experience, and strong analytical skills to prove ROI.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and executive strategic demand generation initiatives, such as webinars, tradeshows, and in-person events to help create net new sales opportunities
- Put together integrated, multi-touchpoint campaigns that nurture net new leads from the top-of-the-funnel to the bottom using a combination of tactics, including ads, SEO, content, social media, email, etc.
- Create and implement customer-focused programs and cross-sell initiatives that focus on retaining and strengthening existing relationships
- Evaluate third-party/partner demand generation opportunities
- Align marketing initiatives to sales goals and effectively report/communicate on key metrices to leadership teams
- Work cross functionally with product marketing to develop and execute content marketing strategies that create and repurpose content for lead nurture and marketing programs
- Monitor and analyze pipeline and make necessary adjustments to lead generation initiatives in order to maintain or exceed numbers
- Be a partner to sales teams and leaders by participating in team calls, creating sales enablement resources, and working together to develop and maintain lead lifecycle and processes
- Provide direction around digital efforts, including SEO, SEM, paid, etc.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: 4-7 years of demand generation experience with a strong background in digital; minimum of 2+ years in SaaS industry required
- Technologies: HubSpot, SalesForce, and Asana
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with other department
- Proven analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and high-performing critical thinker
- Self-starter with ability to work in independent and collaborative situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite
- Travel up to 30%

Final base salary offered may vary from the range listed and will be determined after carefully considering multiple factors during the hiring process, including location, relevant experience and education, required competencies and skill proficiency level, and review of internal equity. We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities– This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay Range: $80,000 – $90,000 Annually USD
Total compensation includes US employee benefits, and annual bonus eligibility.
