OneMain is seeking a talented Chatbot Developer. This role will be involved in development and of Chatbots using Microsoft Bot Framework and enhancement of Natural language processing using Microsoft LUIS (Language Understanding) Cognitive Services with the intent engine that can automate conversations and provide responses through chat windows or messaging apps that emulate human interactions.

Primary Goals

• The Chatbot Developer will ensure that the conversational design is translated to code in an efficient manner and provide significant inputs to business users for functionality.
• Provide robust features to support dialogue management, extensive conversational flows, and machine learning.
• Utilize Azure / AWS Pipelines for performing build tasks and maintaining Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment with all environments.

Experience

• 5+ years in software development
• 3+ years Chatbots / Virtual Assistant frameworks especially with natural language processing
• Familiar with Cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure cloud or AWS is a plus)
• 3+ years of API development, including Web Services and serialization, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST
• Experience developing applications with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core and Web API using SQL Server & the SQL language
• Experience working in financial industry a plus
