Levridge INC, focused on building and providing Agricultural solutions, is seeking a highly motivated, honest and passionate person who wants to learn how to develop customizations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.


As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with the entire Levridge INC team to provide technical support to ensure successful product releases. You’ll partner with other designers, developers and testers to ensure time and resources are used efficiently. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment with impeccable organization skills and strong communication skills.

A Day in the Life

  • Meeting regularly with client teams to understand their architecture needs.
  • Architecting and developing integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) and other systems to meet client needs.
  • Modifying or creating forms, SSRS reports, tables or custom logic in X++.
  • Provide frequent code reviews with enough insight to mentor other team members
  • Build moderately complex integrations with both Dynamics and third-party systems
  • Build modifications for clients according to the design outlining features and within expected deadlines.
  • Documenting features architected or developed.
  • Working with functional consultants to understand features and to relay accurately and effectively what changes have been made.
  • Assist functional consultants with technical questions related to gathering, defining, and documenting requirements.
  • Investigate existing environments for functionality troubleshooting or scoping purposes.
  • Relaying status updates as needed to project managers and other team members.
  • Work with Project Management team to identify priority and severity of issues.
  • Discuss development topics to different audiences.
  • Troubleshoot errors and performance related issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field or relative experience
  • 4+ years of experience programming in Dynamics Finance & Operations, X++ Required
  • 4+ years of experience working as a developer in a business -to-business environment
  • Advanced understanding of the Dynamics platform data structures
  • Advanced understanding of version control tools
  • Experience working with common third-party add-on solutions and their integration with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
  • Experience with Visual Studio
  • Experience with reporting tools
  • Ability to write statements querying a SQL database
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Willing to constantly update oneself on new software and market conditions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
  • Holds recent or active related MS Dynamics platform certifications

  • Work Location: This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States.

     

    Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to regularly meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time. 

Contract Details

  • This role is a 6 month contract to start with the opportunity to extend to 12 months
  • Hourly Rate will be based upon individual's requirements and skill and competitive to market conditions
