Digital Marketing Strategist
Job Summary:
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working with a business development team, this role is responsible for the vision, development, and execution of digital marketing strategies.
• Develop guidelines and strategies that can apply across the business and to individual campaigns as they are planned in partnership with strategy and communications.
• Maintain quality control while ensuring multiple projects and campaigns are produced completely, correctly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Ensure insights are strategically applied to future efforts for the brand and packaged in a consistent and productive way.
• Oversee all budgets in respective areas.
• Demonstratable experience with current social media trends and advise business development team to be both proactive and reactive.
• Create impactful, client and prospect-focused messaging that supports business objectives while enhancing the overall business development narrative.
• Ensure the industry image success of the Lockton Brand.
• Organized and process-oriented in approach and prioritization of projects and tasks - be able to manage multiple activities across the business development cycle.
• Manage the planning for events and meetings.
Requirements:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• 2+ years of experience in leading and implementing digital marketing and strategic communication, preferably within a professional service environment.
• Bachelor's or master's in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field of study.
• Experience leading strategy, planning and execution for all major social media networks, but especially LinkedIn.
• Understanding SSI and process flows/ flows (in Salesforce).
• Experience with digital planning, campaigns, initiatives, and content development.
• Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
• Proficient in technology platforms and ability to build events and marketing promotion within them.
• Excellent multi-project management skills to move initiatives forward on time and budget.
• Expert verbal and written communication skills with proven credentials and examples.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
• Solid understanding of media research and how to leverage data.
• Attention to detail.
• Fluent in Office Suite (PPT, Word, Excel)
