An Insider's view of Constrafor

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Throughout my career at Constrafor, the team provided me with continuous mentorship, advice, and responsibilities to ensure that I am always growing as a professional and as an individual. After only a year, I grew from responding to customer support inquiries to managing multiple accounts.

Customer Success

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

We like to enable our staff to take calculated risks and be adventurous. We encourage our people to take on micro-initiatives that they have ownership of. An initiative may fail, but more importantly, it may succeed; either way, you learn a lesson.
