Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We're hiring a Manager, CRM and Loyalty in Marketing to join our growing team, reporting to the Head of Digital and Storytelling. This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through strategic planning and execution. Key responsibilities include developing long-term customer relationships, utilizing behavioral data for personalized digital campaigns, and improving customer retention. The role demands a passion for customer-centric thinking, strong judgment, and creative problem-solving skills to enhance business outcomes. The ideal candidate should excel in data analysis, digital marketing, advanced analytics, and program management for delivering personalized and engaging content.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develops and manages the master plan and calendar of e-CRM and promotion activity to ensure that marketing campaigns dovetail effectively to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Works with IT, Operations, Marketing, and other interdisciplinary areas to execute strategies to ultimately drive category growth.
  • Collaborate with IT and partners to optimize digital guest experiences on owned properties including site and app.
  • Develops test & learn plans and ensures each campaign has clear metrics and is achieving appropriate KPIs to further business objectives
  • Owns the development of our MarTech stack, including management of existing platforms as well as decisions on expansion.
  • Define and lead the development of a rewards program to increase customer loyalty.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or other related field required.
  • 8+ years of related experience in digital marketing, eCRM strategy, and/or related digital experience.
  • Experience with MarTech tools such as Braze, Punchh, and/or related platforms required.
  • Experience with digital analytics such as Google Analytics and native platform data is required.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, constantly iterating environment.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $115,100 to $135,300 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
