Client Experience Summer Internship
Join us for an immersive eight week internship experience in the exciting world of SaaS and hospitality. As a client experience intern, you will dive into the heart of our business, partnering with our client onboarding, strategy and retention, support, and success teams. This opportunity promises an in-depth exploration of the important role client experience plays within a business, spanning client education, data analysis, value creation, and client retention and adoption.
Our ideal intern is collaborative, coachable, creative, and excited to build a foundation for a career in SaaS client experience. This internship is designed to challenge you while allowing you to showcase and develop your skills alongside several CX teams and leaders.
This is a fully in-person internship based in our Atlanta office, but you will work and communicate with team members who are both in-person and remote.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure clients are meeting launch deadlines via emails, calls and texts.
- Outline needs and next steps for the client to complete onboarding (sending website previews, menu QA notes, reminders of outstanding tasks, etc.)
- Menu and web design QA to ensure the submitted requests meet the expectations of the OBC before sending for their review.
- Undergo training to become proficient in setting up clients on Popmenu’s marketing suite.
- Log activity dates and details of client interactions for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Identify and document accounts with potential risks or issues that need further attention.’’
- Work with clients live on Popmenu’s software to schedule business reviews with the Client Success Managers
- Put together data to help clients see how they’re meeting their goals in Popmenu
- Complete ad hoc client projects such as drafting mass communications, reviewing client data, etc.

- Currently enrolled in a business, advertising, sales, or communications program
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop strategic skills
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Capability of managing multiple projects at once
