Key Responsibilities:

The Calibrate Partnership Manager - supports the Senior Manager - Program Manager, including identification, canvassing, and onboarding of enterprise and local level partners. Maintains and cultivates partnerships and relationships designed to build pipelines of talent from all channels of United's network.

  • Develop network and domain knowledge of partnerships and Tech schools in localities where the Calibrate program will operate at UA Maintenance hubs
  • Coordinate and execute existing partner activities including networking, developing, and maintaining manager level contacts with partner organizations.
  • Support Calibrate marketing, branding, social networking, public relations, and communication efforts in all channels of United's network.
  • Support Senior Manager - Calibrate Programs, by setting, implementing, and communicating strategic goals of the partnership channel across the Calibrate program, Tech Ops and United
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across United Next, DE&I team, Aviate, and recruiting efforts with Calibrate are met collectively
  • Evaluate partner performance and mitigate potential partner risk by having quarterly feedback checkpoints and creating program status and performance dashboards through collection of relevant data and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with United Next initiatives to develop strategy and direction regarding new partner relationships

Qualifications

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong concentration in business communications, sales & marketing, and management
  • 2+ years' experience in Program Management
  • 2+ years' proven experience implementing a successful talent acquisition strategy that results in competitive advantage and accelerates business results
  • Previous experience as a project manager or a partner strategy manager.
  • Strong verbal and oral communications
  • Strong communications strategy
  • Ability to provide strategic thought leadership; build strong relationships with superiors, peers, and subordinates; collaborate across the organization and influences without direct authority
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
