Title and Summary

BizOps Engineer I

Overview• Responsible for assuring highly reliable service functionality by creating and maintaining reliable, autonomic solutions for infrastructure services

Responsibilities• Performs on the ground day-to-day support strategies to ensure high availability of Mastercard services• Implements quality engineering best practices to deliver services and solutions that meet stakeholders needs (e.g., consumers, merchants, issuers, and governments)• Provides highly reliable services and support that ensure optimal infrastructure performance• Provides guidance to less experienced team members on defined procedures and may supervise/coordinate work of support individual contributors• Manages one or more technologies, conducts technology reviews, and provides input into technology domains

Experiences• Successful track record performing moderate to complex troubleshooting and issue handling• Participates in business resource groups and global communities (e.g., Tech Leadership Network)• Experience implementing quality engineering best practices and gains experience mentoring new staff

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
