What You Will Do:

The successful candidate will join the CDMO Data & Analytics team to support the delivery of all analytics and advanced analytics products across Media, CRM and beyond. This role demands a hands-on leader who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking with practical execution to deliver concrete results.

This role is a great opportunity for a hybrid data and marketing talent to join an ambitious and fast-moving team where the successful candidate will be able to see concrete impact and value of the work produced.

Analytics Strategy

  • Lead and enable a consumer-centric approach to analytics (Media, CRM).
  • Lead the delivery of insights driven analytics tools for the L'Oreal Divisions
  • Enable a transversal approach to marketing analytics by bridging the gap between spend, media performance, and sales.
  • Understand and robustify all data taxonomies and classification to enable data quality at scale.
  • Design & operate data cleaning capabilities & governance to ensure data is usable & sustainable.
  • Establish standardization around media KPIs and effectiveness to ensure consistency across partners / measurement outputs.
  • Build a strategic approach to support the use and measurement of consumer data in all media channels.
  • Evangelize tech partner relationships by challenging the norm, bringing new ideas to deliver on brand's learning agendas, and offer product enhancement recommendations to better service LUSA's needs.
  • Contribute to the JBP negotiations with "asks" specific to our data & technology needs and help negotiate those topics.
  • Run ad-hoc analysis as proofs of concepts to inform further developments on the analytics products managed by the team as well as attending to immediate needs of business teams.
  • Act as a business problem-solver using in-depth understanding of the different media, performance, CRM and e-commerce data sources managed by the CDMO team.
  • Leverage business data understanding hands on expertise to answer both strategic and operational questions of the teams and management.
  • Working hand in hand with IT to ensure data & insights products are future-fit & sustainably built.
  • Being a catalyst of increased data quality throughout the organization. Ensure data sourcing is done in a sustainable way to future-proof our analytics products, increase trust in data and eventually drive data driven decision making within the organization.
  • Working hand in hand with advanced analytics team to design the measurement agenda, managing the wide set of tools at our disposal (MMM, Agile MMM, Incrementality testing)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and finance, to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Champion a data-driven culture throughout the organization, providing training and support as needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in marketing data and analytics, incorporating best practices into our operations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience
  • Master's degree
  • Knowledge of online media metrics and data analysis experience
  • Proven ability to distill complex data into meaningful and actionable insights
  • Proven ability to thrive in a matrix / fast-paced environment while ensuring alignment of multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to be comfortable with uncertainty in a test & learn environment.
  • Solution-orientation with strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Outstanding relationship and business builder
  • Proven experience navigating ambiguity, changes or challenges
  • Collaborative team-player yet comfortable with independence
