Salary range is $90,000 - $105,000+ based on experience

Lanco Integrated is seeking an Automation Project Manager to join our growing team in Westbrook, Maine. The Automation Project Manager is accountable for executing the project schedule, and the financial performance of the project, maintaining an accurate scope of work, and being the primary contact with the customer during the design and build phase of projects. Upon receipt of the order through site acceptance, the Automation Project Manager supports all aspects of the project. The Automation Project Manager maintains effective communication channels with all stakeholders throughout the project. The Automation Project Manager will recognize and communicate resource requirements and deliverables to ensure the project meets customer expectations and Lanco's internal goals. The Automation Project Manager has the technical capability and capacity to understand the customer’s product and the Lanco Integrated solution for assembly and product testing.
Automation Project Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer within Lanco Integrated for the project's duration
• Establish a clear understanding of all contract documents (quote, customer technical specification, user requirement specification, component, assembly prints, etc.), confirm with the customer, and communicate the SOW to the project team
• Technical Confirmation that the project design/build meets the contracted SOW
• Identify areas of the SOW that may need to be modified. Work with Stakeholders to modify the SOW and appropriately adjust the cost structure delivery of the project where required due to change in scope
• Communicate project information with stakeholders at regular intervals
• Coordinate project requirements and milestones with operations, purchasing, finance, engineering, concepting, and sales throughout the project
• Work with management to gather all appropriate and necessary resources to resolve design and manufacturing issues to maintain schedule and budget
• Identify risk and escalate issues to drive the resolution of actionable items
• Establish a clear understanding of customer requirements for Quality Metrics
• Document customer requests for changes or modifications to the Scope of Work for review by Stakeholders for change order purposes and future projects

Automation Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree preferred; or five or more years related experience and/or training in the field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior project management experience of 3+ years
• Pleasant and confident demeanor when dealing with colleagues and clients
• Efficient and well-organized
• Proficiency with calendar systems
• Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
