As an Associate Financial Analyst at Acxiom, you will play a crucial role in our finance department, supporting the team in various financial analysis and reporting activities. Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and generate reports to drive strategic decision-making
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial projections
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the financial impact of business initiatives
• Assist in creating financial presentations for top-level executives
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes to streamline operations
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrates basic use of tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Ability to conduct accurate, auditable, repeatable analysis
• Can self-direct and prioritize work
• Ability to conduct basic forecasting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Basic use of tools including Power BI, Adaptive and advanced Excel skills
• Functional knowledge of FP&A
