Job Description

Oversee and manage a team of associates to help deliver on the following objectives:

  • Manage the recruiting, expediting and Quality Control (QC) queues to ensure SLA adherence.
  • Monitor team’s performance metrics, utilize data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency, enhance inspection quality, and minimize turnaround times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to address any issues or challenges during the inspection process.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to ensure the efficient flow of work in the inspection department.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and communication bridge between staff members and customers as needed.
  • Monitor daily production reports to ensure team's performance to meet both Production and Quality targets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the inspection team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a consistent ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results within specified timeframes.
  • Possess strong data analytical skills, with the ability to interpret datasets, extract meaningful insights, and make informed decisions based on thorough analysis.
  • Perform staffing data analysis to ensure adequate staffing to meet the expected volumes.
  • Additional duties, when indicated.

Qualifications

· Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree.

· With a total experience of 10+ years with a minimum of 5 years in team management in a related field

· Excellent managerial, organizational and leadership skills

· Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

· Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure compliance with SOPs

· Open to continual learning
