Who You'll Work With:

As a crucial member of the US Product Strategy & Development team, you will be at the forefront of the Global Business Development Organization's efforts to shape the future of investment services. Collaborating with a dynamic team within the Global Product Strategy & Development group, your work will directly influence the firm's strategic direction, product innovation, and market position. Our team is a linchpin in fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the firm's product offerings are not only competitive but also aligned with evolving market needs and client expectations.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Development in the ETF and SMA Space: Take the reins on high-profile projects related to our Active ETFs and SMAs, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring our offerings are at the cutting edge of the US Retail market and setting the pace for global trends.
  • Harness Advanced Analytical Tools: Utilize your proficiency with Morningstar Direct, Simfund, eVestment, Preqin, and the full suite of Microsoft Office Tools to conduct deep-dive analyses, shape product development strategies, and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Champion Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with a broad array of teams and stakeholders across the firm to push forward the strategic product agenda, focusing on innovative research, meticulous design, streamlined approvals, and seamless implementation.
  • Foster Innovation and Collaboration: Engage with strategic business units to spearhead initiatives, driving thoughtful discussions and actions that enrich our product lineup and ensure its alignment with market demands and strategic goals.
  • Define Strategic Pathways: Your contributions will extend beyond immediate projects to influence long-term strategic planning, ensuring our investment services remain at the forefront of global markets through thoughtful product lifecycle management and strategic foresight.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in asset management, investment management, financial advisory, consulting, or investment banking.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses are desirable but can be obtained post-hire.
  • Expertise in analytical and presentation software, including a strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, and a curiosity to leverage artificial intelligence in our day-to-day
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork.
  • A commitment to a growth mindset, both personally and professionally
