Primary is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to support our fast-paced business on the EPD (Engineering, Product, & Design) team. We are looking for someone who understands that a diversity of perspectives and experiences are key to building great products for our customers. In this role, you’ll work on both internal tools as well as customer-facing features. The role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the US.

The IT Support Specialist at Primary is responsible for providing IT support across the organization, managing incidents and service requests, maintaining hardware and software installations, improving IT systems and security. This role involves account provisioning, end user device deployment and troubleshooting, network maintenance, inventory management, security policy enforcement, technical training, documentation maintenance, and researching new technologies.
