As a Psychedelic Guide at Mindbloom, you will hold space for preparation and integration sessions with clients, help them create accountability systems for new behaviors, and serve as a liaison to the clinical team. You will also document client interactions, maintain rapid response times, and contribute to the development of the Guide program.

As a Legal Counsel at Mindbloom, you will lead the development of psychedelic law and build the framework for MDMA therapy. Responsibilities include advising on healthcare regulation, marketing, privacy, and compliance, spearheading data privacy and AI risk assessments, leading the legal roadmap for MDMA therapy, and managing outside counsel expenses.

The Support Lead will create an accessible, reliably seamless, and caring end-to-end experience by systematically working across departments to improve agent efficiency and reduce ticket volume.
