Responsibilities include due diligence, creating design drawings, obtaining permits, and troubleshooting design changes. Minimum 3 years of design experience required. Must have extensive experience in California and working with building codes. Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and knowledge of Sketch-up, Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
