THE ROLE

Zeta Global is looking for a talented Sr. Analyst to join our Actions Account Analytics team. This position will use effective narrative development skills to communicate campaign performance, applicable Advanced Analytics optimizations, ML driven scoring models, and other complex data analysis to Zeta’s clients. This position will report to the Sr. Vice President, Actions and support multiple lines of service.

Responsibilities:

• Own campaign performance & reporting insights while recommending self-initiated opportunities and action plans for optimizations
• Generate data-driven analyses & insights that lead to improved ROI for our revenue driving campaigns and agency customers.
• Support the development of state-of-the-art predictive and machine learning models to improve campaign performance and transform market lead buying practices
• Work with AM and BU leaders teams to understand client needs, provide custom reporting & visualization solutions, and self-initiated performance optimizations
• Consult directly with clients to understand business needs, translating those needs into requirements, testing methodologies and reporting outputs to measure impact
• Serve as client facing asset, presenting directly, contributing to or driving narrative development, and developing presentations that tell performance and servicing story through strong visualization
• Diving into large data sets, uncovering insights, and providing impactful recommendation for clients through thoughtfully crafted storytelling.
• Develop systems for optimized campaign performance, media allocation decisioning, and scoring driven media plans.

Requirements:

• You love being a change agent! You tangibly add concrete value for internal & client decision makers with actionable insights from data and design clear implementation path recommendations.
• Proven ability to implement statistical analysis and / or predictive modeling techniques. Translate technical analysis complexity to business audiences.
• Ability to disseminate insights using data visualization tools
• Exceptional attention-to-detail with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can present complex data findings in a compelling, effective, and organized narrative.

Desired Background:

• BS Analytics / Operations Research / Statistics / Data Science or similar quantitative disciplines with 5+ years of experience. MS degree holders in these disciplines with 2+ years of experience will also be considered.
• Deep client facing experience
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, and Power BI
• Work experience in Higher Education & Financial Services vertical are a plus.

COMPENSATION RANGE 

The compensation range for this role is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 depending on location and experience.
