Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Specialist of Change Management Tools and Methods within the HHDDA (Human Health Digital, Data & Analytics) organization. In this position, you will play an important role in driving organizational change by supporting the development and implementation of change management tools, methodologies, and best practices. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the effective integration of change management practices throughout our organization.
This role will report to the Director, Transformation & Change Management Solutions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:

  • Support Change Management Tools Development: Assist in the development and implementation of change management tools, frameworks, and methodologies that support successful change initiatives across the organization.
  • Contribute to Change Management Methodologies: Help refine change management methodologies to align with industry best practices and our unique organizational needs, ensuring consistent and effective change management practices.
  • Training and Education: Support the design and delivery of training programs to educate employees on change management tools, methods, and best practices, promoting a culture of change readiness and resilience.
  • Assist in Tool Implementation and Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement change management tools and integrate them with existing processes, systems, and platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to gathering feedback and insights on the effectiveness of change management tools and methods and assist in identifying opportunities for improvements to meet evolving organizational needs and industry trends.
  • Metrics and Evaluation: Support the definition and tracking of key performance indicators and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of change management tools and methods, providing valuable insights for further enhancements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating the value and benefits of change management tools and methods to drive successful change initiatives.


Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in change management, service design, or related roles, with exposure to change management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to travel as needed, domestic and international.
  • Ability to work hybrid and work at the Rahway, New Jersey office at least 3 days per week.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to contribute to multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling data-driven decision-making to drive change management effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in change management, service design or related roles, with exposure to change management tools and methodologies.
  • Previous experience working in a change management and/or service design function within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience applying Prosci and/or Conner Change Management methodologies.
  • Prosci Change Management certification.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Expected salary range:
$111,400.00 - $175,300.00
