JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leads and mentors colleagues reinforcing accountabilities and performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to (20%).
- Supports the creation of global Product Marketing strategy.
- Tracks marketing investments, manages execution, and analyzes results for continuous improvement.
- Collaborates with sales and product leads to understand the competitive landscape and drive demand in line with business goals.
- Supports and executes client acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth (20%).
- Plans and project manages market and trend research to identify new opportunities and ensure proper product targeting.
- Gathers and analyzes insights to influence business decisions and shape Product Marketing strategy (20%).
- Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations to craft compelling content to drive product awareness and purchase (25%).

- Partners with sales to foster continuous feedback loop (20%).
- Contributes to business success by performing other tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED.
- Generally, six years or more of related experience or demonstrated competency.
