The Role
We're seeking a talented Front End Web Developer to join our website development team. We are looking for someone who can help us deliver short-term projects that impact growth and the business, and for our customers. You will have direct interaction with all levels of the company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working on the frontend to develop new features from start to finish, including design of architecture, coding, and testing.
- Writing clean, efficient well-tested code that improves the software stack, with an eye for reuse.
- Collaborating with the product, design and engineering teams on product development in an open, creative environment
- Making the UI / UX simpler, more elegant, and more engaging for customers
- Improving existing and adding new user flows to drive up new customer conversions and product adoption
- Tackling a wide variety of improvements and technical challenges throughout the stack and contributing daily to all parts of our code base.
Responsibilities
- Own the in-flight and blocked projects to deliver business value & drive growth
- Collaborate with our lead engineer to develop new solutions
- Work closely with product, support, and marketing channel owners to find creative opportunities for delivering value
- Deliver innovative solutions that reduce development friction
- Utilize Modern JAM stack technologies to CMS capabilities that empower internal staff to make content and design changes quickly with less reliance on engineering
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related field OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
- 3+ years experience in React
- Strong command of git, HTML5, CSS3, React with TypeScript, and cross-browser development
- Experience building mobile first responsive websites and marketing emails
- Detail and visually oriented and precise in code and communication
- Is a pragmatic problem solver
- Works well in small teams with a clear mission
Bonus Points
- NextJS experience
- Builder.io CMS
Base Compensation Range
$95,000 - $115,000 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
