About the Role
The Creator-in-Residence will play a pivotal role in driving the Content Marketing team's efforts to deliver value and guidance to consumers while building awareness around the MoneyLion brand through diverse creator and influencer voices. You'll lead the growth of the creator program and experiment with new ways to help empower people to learn about & take control of their money. You will be responsible for managing MoneyLion’s portfolio of creators and influencers as well as creating and distributing new content (videos, blogs, calculators, widgets, and more). This role will also collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing teams, as well as product, analytics, compliance, and our in-house media agency.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in interfacing with creators and influencers, results-driven, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment. Exceptional candidates will have experience shooting short social media-style videos, excellent writing skills, familiarity with CMS platforms such as Wordpress and Contentful, and. An active social media presence is a plus!
This role is onsite 4 days a week out of our New York City office.
Key Responsibilities
- Share MoneyLion with new audiences & through new voices by leading our Creator program
- Nurture deep creator relationships & build a diverse portfolio of creators - managing brand partnerships, day to day of the communication & licensing agreements
- Brainstorm and create content to engage MoneyLion’s existing users as well as attract new users. Content types may include but are not limited to blog posts, videos, social media posts, quizzes, polls, widgets.
- Collaborate with the Performance & Brand teams to develop our content creator and affiliate strategy, for inside & outside the MoneyLion app
- Maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends in the creator industry & conduct competitive analysis.
- Weekly & monthly reporting of KPIs
About You
- Minimum of 1-3+ years of professional experience as a creator, creator success manager, or other similar marketing/content role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work with both external partners and internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
- Desire to grow professionally and build your skillset with a growing team
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience interfacing with creators and influencers
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends and features
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Wordpress and Contentful is a plus.
- Experience shooting short social media-style videos and an active social media presence are a plus.
The annual base salary for the Creator-in-Residence is expected to be between $60,000 to $70,000. Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
