The Enterprise Portfolio Program Manager at Torc is responsible for establishing and supporting the lifecycle of an enterprise project portfolio, leading program-level reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting analyses to senior leadership. They will also prioritize and recommend programs and projects for investment, develop best practices for program and project management, and mentor a team of program managers.

Responsible for software development, algorithm development, software design, implementation, and maintenance following quality and safety guidelines. Uses C++ in a Linux environment. Supports team in daily assignments and testing activities. Designs systems for data acquisition and analysis from remote vehicles. Requires 4+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 0-3 years of experience.

Provides executive and administrative support to the Chief Transformation Officer/Chief Legal Officer and other executives. Manages complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and communications for the executives. Maintains a professional executive office image and supports administrative operations for the company. Requires 2 years of experience in executive assistance role.
