401(K)

Employees are eligible to contribute 1-40% of their annual salary on a pre-tax basis.

401(K) matching

The company match is $.50 per $1.00 up to the first 6% of the employee contribution.

Employee stock purchase plan

Employees can contribute 3-15% of their base salary & commissions to "purchase FIS stock." FIS matches 25% of contributions on a quarterly basis, one year after contributions are made.
