The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with the Human Resources Leaders to drive recruitment strategies, manage the identification and selection of talent, and help manage the overall recruiting cycle for corporate positions and other centralized recruiting efforts. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, analyzing recruiting metrics, supporting workforce planning, managing vendors, and representing the company at various events. This is a contracted role for 3-4 months with hybrid work arrangements.
