Technology-Driven Patient Impact Project Manager (PMP)
ROLE SUMMARY
Pfizer seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive operational excellence in the execution of patient studies and digital initiatives. The primary focus will be on leveraging technology, including artificial intelligence, large language models, and machine learning, to expand indications for existing drugs, conduct preference research, and improve health literacy. The successful candidate will apply best practices to optimize project delivery and patient impact.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute technology-driven patient studies and digital initiatives
- Ensure data collection activities are compliant with internal SOPs and external laws and regulations
- Streamline project operations to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, and Commercial
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources including vendor management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Communicate project status and insights to key stakeholders
- Continuously improve project processes and outcomes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven project management experience, preferably in healthcare or life sciences
- Strong understanding of operational excellence principles and practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with good research practices and compliance with study SOPs
- Familiarity with novel technologies in healthcare
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- PMP or similar certification is a plus

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Occasional requirements for meetings outside of standard business hours. Some travel may be necessary (US time zone).
