Do you enjoy supporting customers? Do you have excellent attention to detail? Are you looking to build on your administrative experience as part of a talented project team? If so, we are keen to hear from you!
About us:
It is an exciting time to work at Redgate. We are a fast-growing software business that has successfully transitioned to a subscriptions model and we expect to have over 70% of our revenue in 2023 come from subscriptions. To help deliver ingeniously simple products to our customers we are designing and delivering an auto-renewal project in 2023. This role will be integral in supporting the project team in delivering automated renewals to our customers.
The Role:

You will support our customers with invoice generation, collection of outstanding payments, answering customer enquiries and providing invoicing and payment support. The role will require accurate completion of pre-sale and purchasing documentation such as vendor forms, tax or regulatory compliance where applicable.
This role will hold dynamic responsibilities as we adapt to the changing requirements of the team throughout the seamless renewals project implementation period.
Responsibilities:

  • Process shared mailbox enquiries in a timely fashion and manage your own region.
  • Answer email and telephone enquiries from auto-renewal customers.
  • Identify and make recommendations to improve ways of working, simplifying tasks or reducing costs.
  • Maintain and update systems records as required.
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with internal customers, notably Renewals Team and Transactional Finance Team

  • Perform other pre-sale support, invoicing and payment tasks which are consistent with the purpose of the role and in support of the Transactional Finance Manager.
  • Troubleshooting common quoting errors.
  • Ensure that bank receipts from customers are correctly recorded in the billing system

  • up tp £25,000 + 10% shift allowance
  • Working hours are 12pm-9pm Monday through to Thursday, with Friday being more flexible around core hours to suit you

Flexible-hybrid model:
Achieving work-life balance has never been more important and so Redgate has adopted a flexible-hybrid model. This means that people will work flexibly with a blend of remote (home) and co-located (office) work, with teams having the flexibility to decide which location best suits the outcomes they need to deliver.
Redgate Software is an Equal Opportunity Employer
At Redgate we recruit on a rolling basis, which means we carry on recruiting until we find the right person for the role. We tend to compare individuals to the role specification rather than to each other.
It doesn't hurt to take a chance and apply! While we list out what we generally look for, we are likely missing other attributes and skills that you have that could make you a great fit. Research has shown this especially applies to women and other marginalized groups, who tend to apply if they check 100% of every box, versus men who apply if they hit roughly 60%.
We are an inclusive employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
Achieving work-life balance has never been more important and so Redgate has adopted a flexible-hybrid model. This means that people will work flexibly with a blend of remote (home) and co-located (office) work, with teams having the flexibility to decide which location best suits the outcomes they need to deliver.
Where you work and how frequently you attend the office will depend on the nature of your role, the make-up of the team and the type of work that you need to do. A weekly visit to the office is likely for most people to support our collaborative culture and enable our teams to deliver great work, though less frequent visits may also work well. So, if you can travel to & from the office safely in a day, that works well for us
