Product Operations Program Manager, Square International

Job Description
As a Product Operations Program Manager, you will be an important member of our international product organization and work on some of our most impactful forward-looking initiatives for Square sellers around the world, driving the planning and delivery of our product portfolio from vision to launch. You will support the entire product development process end to end, developing and executing scalable programs and operational processes that can be applied to any challenge, task, or opportunity.
You Will:
- Drive delivery and own successful coordination of cross-functional product initiatives
- Guide strategic cross-functional planning by partnering with design, user research, product, analytics and engineering to develop program plans, dependency identifications and resourcing plan
- Help gain alignment on important issues using a large toolkit including structure, logic and data
- Plan and facilitate meetings such as project kick offs, weekly check-ins and testing to make communication easy and transparent
- Improve product delivery, execution and processes
- Lead post program analysis to guide future programs
- Focus on results and outcomes, identify challenges and risks, and work with a cross functional team to address and mitigate them
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product operations / program management experience in software/web product development organizations with direct experience managing stakeholder teams and projects
- Ability to collaborate with designers, product managers, engineering teams and key partners from different departments
- A solid cross platform (web/mobile/platform) technical foundation
- Ability to make clear recommendations/decisions using logic and data analysis
- A proven track record of creating and implementing process/operational improvements across diverse teams and disciplines
