We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our dynamic legal team. The Legal Intern will work closely with our Legal Team on a variety of legal projects, including legal research and analysis, contract review, and assisting with the company's contract management system. The intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in a corporate legal environment and contribute to the success of our legal department.
- Timeframe - 6/03/24 - 8/02/23
- Location - Hybrid role, HQ located in Atlanta, GA
- Pay Rate - $18/hr
What you’ll do:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics as assigned by attorneys.
- Assist in drafting legal memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Review and analyze contracts to identify key terms, risks, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with the management of the company's contract management system, including data entry, organization, and maintenance of contract records.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members on special projects as needed.
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
What you have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program.
- Strong academic record with coursework in contracts, legal research, and writing preferred.
- Prior experience with contract management systems is a plus.
