Go Backend Engineer
We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Go Backend Engineer.
About the Role:
In your role as a member of the Backend team, working on new and current projects, which will include being responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Java and GO based software and applications, along with contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Keep to the processes, standards, and designs that have been set within the team
- Ensure you and others continuously improve by proposing and then implementing new processes, designs, and engineering practices that make your team more effective
- Contribute to the definition of product features, including workshops with other product development teams
- Communicate the technical work of your team to other product development teams
- Take responsibility for supporting your changes all the way through to production
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of server-side development experience with Go.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required
- Practical experience in Linux
- Experience in managing Cloud Infrastructures, preferably AWS.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB - an advantage).
- Experience with DevOps practices like Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tools
- Knowledge in Java (Spring Framework)
- Knowledge of various Go frameworks and tools (such as echo) - Advantage.
- Own solutions end-to-end and drive the design, development, and deployment process.
- Experience working with Redis and RabbitMQ - Advantage.
- Knowledge of overcoming scalability and performance challenges.
- Deep understanding of multi-threaded programming.
- Creative, open-minded, collaborative problem solver.
