Cancellation Fee Terms

All fees listed below are due upon receipt of invoice. Rescheduling fees need to be paid before the benefit is rescheduled. 


Fee Type


  • Rescheduling Fee (w/in 7 days of the shoot date): $500
  • Additional On-site Production Time: $250/Hr
  • Additional Editing: $250/Hr


  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee (2 weeks before shoot): $1,500
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee (1 week before shoot): $2,000
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee (48 hrs before shoot): $2,500
  • Additional On-Site Production Time: $450/Hr
  • Additional Editing: $150/Hr



  • Rescheduling Fee (0-30 days prior to event date): Loss of Event Benefit
  • Rescheduling Fee 31-60 days prior to event date, subject to event availability: $500
