Own the enablement strategy, content, systems, and training programs for internal teams, partners, resellers, and customers. Build learning paths, certifications, and academy content; deliver live and asynchronous training; administer the LMS and related technology; measure enablement effectiveness; enforce training standards; report progress to leadership; and drive process improvements. The role requires enterprise SaaS enablement experience across multiple functions and includes at least 20% travel.

Lead SLED go-to-market: build territory plans, pipeline, and close new state, local, and education customers. Navigate procurement and compliance (NIST, CJIS, FERPA, StateRAMP/GovRAMP), manage forecasts/CRM, cultivate executive relationships, work with partners, and represent RegScale at industry events.

Lead post-sales technical onboarding, integrations, and deployments for RegScale. Build and document integration scripts, develop Python data loaders, integrate via REST APIs, support customers across Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms, deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and feed product requirements to engineering to drive adoption and expansion.
