In this role, you will manage Incorta's variable compensation plans by calculating payments, tracking quotas, distributing commission statements, and ensuring compliance with company policy. You will work closely with various teams to enhance processes and assist in transitioning to a commissions software tool, while also maintaining accurate and timely payments.
