Own U.S. GAAP research, policy, and audit-ready documentation; manage close, payroll, O2C, reconciliations, and multi-currency consolidation; strengthen controls and SOX readiness; build and coach a high-performing accounting team; drive process standardization, automation, and practical AI adoption; partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, auditors, and executive leadership on complex accounting matters.
