Develop product positioning and messaging, create sales enablement materials, support product launches, conduct competitive and market research, analyze campaign performance, and produce customer-facing content. The role partners closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value for a B2B SaaS talent technology platform.

Own end-to-end consulting delivery for enterprise accounts, including job analysis, assessment implementation, validity studies, outcome-data collection, customer training, and ROI narratives. Translate quantitative research into actionable recommendations, advance clients through hiring transformation, and partner with Customer Success, Product, and R&D teams. The role also contributes to science governance, compliance, product development, and Harver’s broader evidence base.
