Lead North America sales organization to achieve revenue targets, build executive partner and customer relationships, develop commercial strategy, improve sales execution, pipeline discipline and forecasting, and grow leadership capability and talent across the region.

Own and grow Milestone's channel sales in Nevada by expanding distribution and integrator partnerships, cultivating technical and A&E relationships, executing territory business plans, forecasting pipeline, representing the brand at events, and collaborating with account managers, sales engineers, distribution and marketing to drive revenue and partner growth.

Act as the primary HR business partner for the Americas Commercial organization (150–200 employees). Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance, change management, employee relations, and talent development. Own the employee lifecycle from hiring through transitions, coordinate cross-functional People & Culture support, drive program adoption, monitor people metrics, and recommend improvements to strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
