Manage and grow existing B2B accounts through onboarding, relationship building, proactive outreach, product recommendations, retention efforts, and revenue growth. Serve as the primary client contact, maintain accurate CRM records, identify expansion opportunities, forecast performance, achieve revenue and retention targets, and collaborate with Account Executives, Design Services, Customer Success, and sales leadership.

Answer inbound calls from small and medium business customers, provide product and artwork guidance, troubleshoot orders and print/design issues, log interactions in CRM, escalate per procedures, and help customers complete orders while meeting SLA and quality standards.
