The IT Manager owns IT operations, business systems, cybersecurity, end-user technology, enterprise AI governance, and technology strategy. Responsibilities include managing an external MSP, overseeing IT service delivery, identity and access management, technology assets, vendors, licensing, security controls, incident response, disaster recovery, backups, and business continuity. The role partners with business leaders on technology decisions, leads IT projects, and ensures compliant, reliable, secure, and scalable systems.

Ensures the ongoing performance, quality, manufacturability, safety, compliance, and cost-effectiveness of commercialized medical devices and disposable products. Collaborates with manufacturing, R&D, suppliers, customer service, field service, regulatory, and quality teams on obsolescence, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, engineering changes, service fixes, product improvements, technical documentation, audits, and continuous improvement.

Leads the HR function, including talent strategy, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, compliance, HR systems, and DEI initiatives. Manages HR staff and advises leadership and employees on complex personnel matters. Partners with Finance, IT, and outside counsel to maintain scalable HR processes and employment-law compliance.
