Performs general ledger accounting, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, internal controls, and audit support. Reviews staff accounting work, assists with budgeting and expenditure coding, documents accounting processes, and trains technical and clerical personnel. The role requires onsite work five days per week and occasional overtime during month-end close.

Leads marketing and digital strategy for assigned business units, driving revenue growth, customer engagement, retention, and brand positioning. Oversees go-to-market planning, creative development, marketing operations, agency relationships, budgets, brand standards, and multichannel campaigns. Manages creative and marketing teams, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and development. Partners across the organization to translate consumer insights and business objectives into effective digital and creative initiatives.
